"Just a note to you all at The Big Yellow Bus Company to say thank you for your part in a very successful and safe day out. You were all so helpful during the planning stages of my trip, advising on timings and trying your best to fulfil every requirement in the most pleasant and friendly way.
Trevor was a great driver and the icing on the cake was driving through the school gate at 6pm, dead on our expected time of arrival. What a lot of brownie points I have received. Thank you for helping me to earn them."
